　　The execution of drug abstention and treatment, depends on legal regulation, is divided into three stages and moves in a proper sequence through Adaptation, Counselling and Society Re-adaptation. Because drug users possess the dual nature of culprits and patients, while in treatment we positively emphasize personality re-construction, re-establishment of mental health, rebuilding the family network and healthy social and interpersonal relationships. Priority goes to chaplain instruction, consultation and advice, mental health, citizenship education and developing career prospects. Helping inmates rebuild their confidence, getting rid of their addiction, and becoming successfully detoxified are critical.
