Selected appointments at the rank of Warden, Deputy Warden and Secretary lead the organization. Reporting to these positions are the Offices of Personnel, Accounting, Statistics , and Civil Service Ethics along with the Departments of Investigation and Classification, Rehabilitation and Education, Operation Section, Security, Health and Hygiene Section, and General Affairs. Committee members of Kaohsiung Women’s Prison and Drug Abuser Treatment Center are chosen from the various sub-units of the organization. There are four Guidance and Direction Committees including Investigation and Classification, Rehabilitation and Education, Operation Section, and Health and Hygiene Section. There is also a Parole Committee. Currently, the prescribed number of personnel in the organization is 147.
