　　Arrangements have been made with adjacent medical institutions, on a regular time basis, for blood examinations, chest X-rays and cervical smears. These medical institutions also process women's knowledge of hygiene. By building up a medical collaboration system with hospitals (Kai-xuan, Min-sheng, Sheng-gong, and Da-dong, etc.), certificated doctors will be accredited to examine patients from the institutions cited above. If an inmate develops a severe illness that cannot be appropriately treated with existing equipment, then the inmate will be escorted, under security measures, to the closest but the most applicable hospital, or can apply to the Ministry of Justice for consideration of medical treatment on bail. For the prevention of drug permeation and thorough eradication, we hold, both on regular and irregular schedules, urine tests.
