　　There are nine workshops found within the prison that provide suitable labor for women although requiring only unsophisticated techniques and skill. In order to help inmates learn a proficiency in a particular skill, in 1995 under orders from the Ministry of Justice, a vocational training and licensing program of roasting and baking was initiated. A qualified licensing examination court offering tests biyearly was also introduced. After standard training, the inmates take an examination and obtain licenses, if qualified. Up to the present, we have achieved splendid results.
