　　There are eight workshops and two self-operated workshops in the prison to provide suitable labor for women, although these workshops only require some simple techniques and skills. In order to help prisoners master a specific skill, the prison runs a vocational training program in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Justice. Assist inmates to learn a skill and improve their employment ability after being released from prison, so as to facilitate their smooth reintegration into society. These programs are usually jointly organized by correctional institutions and other units such as the Ministry of Labor to provide a variety of vocational training courses and relevant subsidies. Vocational training programs are an important bridge for inmates to return to society. By learning skills, receiving subsidies and support, they can help them build self-confidence, stabilize their lives, and reduce the possibility of reoffending.
