　　We carefully consider the provision of daily necessities, such as diet, clothes, coverings and some other articles for daily use, as provided under the regulations. A meal improvement sub-division, which is comprised of well-selected representatives from inmates and the relevant staff, convene meetings monthly to discuss the merits and demerits of the in-prison diet. In addition, we make our best efforts to improve the living condition and requisites for inmates as well as offering decent services for the general public.
